charley davies therapy.
So, you’re looking for someone to talk to? Maybe it’s a therapist?
Maybe you don’t quite know or aren’t sure exactly what you’re looking for?
Finding someone to talk to, finding a therapist who’s right for you is complicated. That makes sense.
Let me tell you a bit about me, my 10 years experience and how I work. Maybe we’re a good fit. I’ve been working with people who are distressed, who have big questions, for most of my working life. I’ve worked with children and teenagers who couldn’t stomach school, who were kicked out or refused to go. I worked with them as a youth worker and a tutor. I’ve worked in NHS Crisis Teams with adults experiencing psychosis and other serious mental illnesses. I’ve worked in the charity sector with people whose suicidal feelings were overwhelming them. When I’m using that generic ‘I’ve worked with’, what I mean to say is that I’ve talked and listened to people in all sorts of situations, and I’ve been lucky enough to see the whole person.

What to expect from therapy.
I see most clients weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works for you.
We’d agree this as the beginning but, of course things can change.
I currently have free slots in rooms in Golders Green or online.
Sessions are £65. I have a number of slots available for low - cost. Please get in touch if that is something you're interested in.
We won’t usually decide an endpoint before starting therapy but this is something we can discuss at our first session.
We can start with a free 15min call to see if you'd want to work with me.
To book please complete the contact form and I'll come back to you.
